3. Gather loan docs > upload to download to Lender
4. Up Load Fannie Mae 3.2 in MFD Portal
5. Find A Product > Select Approved Lender from drop down and Run quick pricer for rate and Product or Contact AE
6. Submit Loan > Select preferred lender from drop down list Link >upload 3.2 from point>Send LE> upload initial docs for underwriting>Complete CD
7. Request Approva l > Link to Approved AMC - Order Appraisal - complete form and submit (Upload Order Confirmation to portal)
8. Request Title > Complete PDF title order form and submit to title Company Email (Upload Order Confirmation to portal)
9. Clear UW Conditions > Upload approval conditions to portal for multiple viewings>Satisfy Conditions>Clear to Close
10. Schedule Closing > Schedule in lender’s portal and MFD Calendar
Update Status in Point pipeline, Application Date, LE Date, CD date, Approval|Denial Date|Withdraw, Closed date, Fund Date.
